Get out your skillet or stove top pan and add your butter. Melt butter on low.
Add all of the ingredients except for the butter into your blender. Blend until you have a smooth batter and there are no oat chunks.
Pour pancake batter to your desired size. I fit 2 at a time on my skillet and it made about (7) 4 inch in diameter pancakes.
Once you see a few bubbles form (you may not see as many as you would on a typical pancake, this is okay, just check your pancakes periodically) go ahead and give them a flip to reveal a beautiful golden brown!
Once the pancakes are done, stack them and continue making pancakes until your are out of batter.
Add butter, syrup, or even a berry compote on top! Serve and enjoy!
